MAUDE Studio operates at a small scale of production and only has a limited number of items available to purchase at any time. Due to the nature of this set up, it is a possibility that if the system experiences an error and allows you to check out and pay for an item at the same time as another person when there is only one product available for purchase, the product will be delivered to the person who pays first. In the event that this might occur, we will notify you via e-mail and advise you as to when we can next deliver your product to you. If this time frame is not acceptable for you, we will happily refund your money.



We recommend that you pay close attention to all product details, sizing, and colour options before placing an order. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of products that appear on our online store. We cannot guarantee that your computers monitor will relay the same accuracy. We also ask that you bear in mind that all iridescent colours change hue depending on their surroundings and therefore may take on a different shade when delivered, compared to what is displayed online.




We are unable to provide a refund for change of mind. However if you think that your product is faulty,  please contact us at to outline the problem within 3 days of receiving your item. We can then provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). The product must then be shipped back to us via trackable postage within 5 days of RAN issuing in order to be eligible for a return. Once the item reaches MAUDE Studio HQ, we will assess the product to determine whether the item is damaged due to misuse or production.  If your product is deemed faulty, we will provide you with a repair or a replacement. MAUDE Studio reserves the right to refuse return on products which are not returned in their original condition.




A six month warranty from the date of purchase will be provided for each handbag. A MAUDE Studio handbag should be treated delicately to prolong its life span. The warranty does not cover a product that is suggested as faulty as a result of damage caused by the owner through misuse. This includes daily general wear and tear where the product has not been treated respectfully, as well as failing to maintain and care for the product adequately.
