How do I get my prescription lenses installed?

Take these frames to your local Optician to fit your prescription lenses for you. We have several stockists who are opticians, find them below;

Are your sunglasses suitable for prescription lenses?

Yes! most of our styles are great options to install your prescription lenses into. With the exception of Conchella, Rose Glow and Solstice.

Do you provide tax receipts for health fund purposes?

We do! Please email us directly via info@maudestudio.com.au with your order number and we will email you a copy!  Please note we are unable to include a provider number. If you require this please purchase directly from our optical stockists (see above to find an optical stockists).

Can I try your frames on at home?

Yes! We offer free 14 day returns and exchanges, on all full priced items. Feel free to order online, and if they are not quite right for you, e-mail us at info@maudestudio.com.au with your order number and we will provide you with a free returns label. Please see detailed returns requirements here.

Do you provide refunds for sale items?

This we are unable to do, however if your order is faulty, we will happily refund or exchange your item for you.

I lost a crystal, what do I do?

We want you to be able to enjoy your eyewear for as long as possible and are happy to replace lost crystals where possible. Please email us at info@maudestudio.com.au with your order number and the crystal that you are missing and we will endeavour to find a replacement for you!
