How do I get my prescription lenses installed?

We are currently developing the functionality to manage the installation of your prescription lenses for you, however we are still working on this. Currently you will need to take your frames to your local optician to have them installed for you. 


Do you provide tax receipts for health fund purposes?

We do! Please email us directly via info@maudestudio.com.au with your order number and we will email you a copy!


Can I try your frames on at home?

Yes! We offer free 14 day returns and exchanges, on all full priced items. Feel free to order online, and if they are not quite right for you, e-mail us at info@maudestudio.com.au with your order number and we will provide you with a free returns label. Please see detailed returns requirements here.


Do you provide refunds for sale items?

This we are unable to do, however if your order is faulty, we will happily refund or exchange your item for you.


I lost a crystal, what do I do?

We want you to be able to enjoy your eyewear for as long as possible and are happy to replace lost crystals where possible. Please email us at info@maudestudio.com.au with your order number and the crystal that you are missing and we will endeavour to find a replacement for you!


Do you offer recycling options for your frames?

We do! You can send your frames back to our studio where we will recycle them via the amazing team at TerraCycle. Please email us via info@maudestudio.com.au for return address.
