All sale items are final and unfortunately are unable to be exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
Please choose carefully before you purchase, due to the hand made components of each design, we are unable to provide a refund for change of mind, only when required by law. According to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, a change of mind is not an acceptable reason for an exchange or refund.
If you believe your item may be faulty, please e-mail us within 3 business days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then provide you with a pre-paid returns slip so that we can assess the item and inform you of next steps and provide a solution as soon as possible. Where a product is deemed faulty, we reserve the right to replace the faulty item with a new one.
