CHANGE OF MIND
We want you to have a great shopping experience and your satisfaction is our main priority.
For full priced items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order if you change your mind for an exchange or credit note. Please contact us to receive a Returns Form including you Return Authorisation Number (RAN) via info@maudestudio.com.au
All sale items are final and unfortunately are unable to be exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
Items must be shipped back to us via tracked postage within 10 days of receiving your order. Products received without an RAN will not be accepted. Items must be in as new condition with tags and original packaging including all tissue paper correctly placed to ensure that the product is not damaged in transit. Any items received damaged will not be eligible for an exchange or credit note. We can only issue one exchange per item.
Please note jewellery must be unworn to be eligible for a return/refund.
The cost of sending back the product is at the customer's expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we deem the product faulty, in which case we will reimburse you for the product and shipping costs upon our inspection.
REFUNDS
In Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

You will receive your Refund or online Credit once we have received and approved that the product is in its original condition and a major fault has occurred. A return processing time of up to 5 business days may apply.
Sale products and products purchased during a discount period are not eligible for a refund or online credit, unless deemed faulty.
MAUDE Studio reserves the right to refuse a refund if these terms are not met. Where a product is deemed faulty, we reserve the right to replace the faulty item with a new one.
PRODUCT CARE - EYEWEAR
To prolong the life of your MAUDE Studio eyewear, we recommended cleaning the lens carefully with a soft, dry cloth - microfibre is recommended. Where required, use a mild detergent and avoid the use of solvents (is acetone or alcohol) which may damage the eyewear.
Our pieces are embellished by hand, Please be aware that excessive flex to the frames can create cracks in the adhesion of embellishments. Please take care not to overextend the frames and avoid wearing the eyewear on the crown of your head. Eyewear chains may break if pulled or snagged with force.
Avoid exposing the eyewear frames to perfume, cosmetics, chlorine and salt water as this may cause discolouration and damage.
We recommend storing our eyewear in the case provided between wears.
